Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. To enter, eligible entrants must be purchasers of a Perrin & Rowe Instant Hot Water Tap.
2. One winner shall be chosen at random at the end of each month from all qualifying entries received in the preceding month.
3. The closing date for entries in each month shall be 11.59pm on the last day of the month. Winners will be notified within 60 days following the end of the month in which entry was made.
4. Each winner will win one replacement filter cartridge for a Perrin & Rowe Instant Hot Water Tap.
5. By entering into the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules.
6. Entry is free and is open to those aged 18 years old or over and proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
7. All entries must be made by UK residents.
8. All employees of Perrin & Rowe, and anyone professionally associated with Perrin & Rowe, are excluded from entry.
9. The number of entries is restricted to one per purchase. Perrin & Rowe will disallow duplicate entries.
10. Prizes shall be awarded at Perrin & Rowe’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the prize draw, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
11. If winners cannot be contacted, Perrin & Rowe reserves the right to offer that prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
12. The winner’s name for each monthly prize draw will be available 60 days after the draw has taken place by sending a SAE to: Customer Services, Perrin & Rowe, Gateway XIII, Ferry Lane, Rainham, Essex RM13 9JY.
13. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no other alternative.
14. Prizes will be sent within 45 days of notification as long as valid contact details are provided.
15. Perrin & Rowe’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into; it reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw.
16. Winners will participate in all required publicity and Perrin & Rowe reserves the right to publish the names and photos of winners in post-event publications and on the Perrin & Rowe website and/or social media sites. Winners will reasonably cooperate with publicity as a result of winning.
17. The promoter of this prize draw is TCL Manufacturing Ltd whose registered office is at Gateway XIII, Ferry Lane, Rainham, Essex RM13 9JY.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any action arising out of these terms shall be litigated in, and only in, the courts of England and Wales, and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you.
19. Contact information about entrants is collected by Perrin & Rowe in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes.
20. Through entering the draw, the entrant consents to us contacting them about our products and services.
