Our family of 3-in-1 Instant Hot Taps welcomes the new Celeste sink mixer to its range.
Perfect for hot drinks, cooking, food preparation as well as cleaning, the majestic Celeste 3-in-1 Instant Hot Sink Mixer benefits from classic styling, but with the latest cutting edge technology, offering up-to 98°C steaming filtered water instantly, as well as hot and cold.
Designed, engineered and produced in Great Britain using the highest quality raw materials, each Celeste is carefully hand-assembled. An innovative anti-scald locking mechanism provides added peace of mind that steaming water cannot accidentally be dispensed, while a premium Nano-technology cartridge not only filters the water but prevents limescale build up as well. An independent waterway ensures the near-boiling flow is not cross-contaminated by standard mains and prevents the spout from becoming too hot in the process. It also features bearing rings and engineered ‘O’ seals on its handles and spout to prolong the life of the mixer, while also delivering a wobble-free feel.
Proving that modern function doesn’t just belong to contemporary kitchens, the Celeste’s detailing and classic design would sit beautifully in a country-style or traditional space. This latest addition to the kitchen collection is available in Chrome, Pewter or Nickel, as well as five special finishes: 24 Carat Gold, English Bronze and living finishes Polished Brass, Satin Brass and Aged Brass, which will develop a unique patina over time as it reacts with its environment. Pricing starts from £852.90 plus VAT in the UK.
The Celeste 3-in-1 also has a rinse option available for ultimate convenience and functionality at your kitchen sink, and the Instant Hot Collection also includes the Phoenix and Polaris full size designs as well as the three mini versions: Mimas, Aquitaine and Parthian.
As the first Pull Down Rinse mixer tap to be added to the Perrin & Rowe Kitchen Collection, the new Aquitaine Sink Mixer with Pull Down Rinse comes with handy retractable hand rinse for added functionality.
Offering an alternative to the traditional side spray rinse and freeing up precious worktop space, the Aquitaine with Pull Down Rinse comes with a built in retractable metal hand spray at the end of a high quality woven hose. With simplicity at its core, a gentle pull releases the hand spray for use with change of flow available at the touch of a button. After use, the hose automatically retracts into the tap body ready to function as a normal hot and cold mixer tap.
Modern in function yet classical in style, the Aquitaine with Pull Down Rinse has been designed with the same detailing and flowing curves that characterise the Country Collection from Perrin & Rowe. The latest addition to the Perrin & Rowe Kitchen Collection proves that modern function is not restricted to contemporary kitchens alone.
Fully designed and manufactured in the UK, the latest offering comes with the same flawless finish and unbeatable performance synonymous with the Perrin & Rowe brand. High quality brass and deeply plated finishes are combined with hand polishing and individual water testing to give a solid feeling piece with an elegant overall look.
The Aquitaine with Pull Down Rinse is available to order in Perrin & Rowe Standard finishes of Chrome, Nickel and Pewter as well as Special Finishes of English Bronze, Gold, Aged Brass, Satin Brass and Polishes Brass. Pricing starts from £450.90 plus VAT in the UK.

Perrin & Rowe are pleased to report on one of the strongest months this year, despite reports of a drop of confidence in the UK Manufacturing industry post-Brexit.
The PMI or Purchasing Managers’ Index is an indicator of the economic health of the manufacturing sector, monitored via a survey of approximately 300 companies. In light of the Brexit vote at the end of June, economists and the media have reported on a drop in PMI of some 4 points between June and July. Demonstrating a loss in confidence overall, a number of businesses surveyed have experienced a drop in new orders placed and as a result many have scaled back production.
Here at Perrin & Rowe, we’re pleased that despite this result, we reported the best month of our financial year to date for July – with sales up 11% on target. Just a few days in to August and we can also proudly report on a strong and growing future order book, just proving the demand and confidence in British Manufacturing still exists in our sector.
Every item we produce is comes entirely from our three UK facilities; Wolverhampton, Tamworth and Rainham, and our customers in the UK and across the globe value the superiority and engineering precision of buying British made, quality brass and chinaware.
As part two of our look at our range of Special Finishes, we’re covering two very luxurious finishes; 24 Carat Gold and English Bronze.
Our Gold Finish brassware is plated with 24 Carat Gold to give that unique lustre you only get from using the real thing. After polishing and an initial chrome layer, the components are gold plated at a very precise 40˚ – the optimum temperature for shine and that decadent pure gold colour. Striking on both contemporary and traditional style brassware, this finish is the epitome of style and opulence. Our Gold finish is pure yellow in colour, presenting a natural golden glow and high shine finish.
The English Bronze finish is created using a high quality lacquer coating to give a darker shade of metallic finish. The raw, natural feel of this finish can add a touch of interest to any style of kitchen or bathroom and is becoming increasingly popular. English Bronze is a very versatile finish and is regularly used in a range of projects and styles, whether that be a utilitarian farmhouse style kitchen, Eastern influenced bathroom design or used with other finishes in a more contemporary setting. English Bronze is a rich metallic brown finish with subtle notes of orange and copper: typically defined as antique.
Whatever style and finish is right for your project, the Perrin & Rowe promise means you can be certain to install a timeless product that is built to stand the test of time.
Having launched our new Aged Brass finish earlier in July, we wanted to share the reasons why we just can’t get enough of our Special Finishes at the moment. Our Special Finishes are a range of luxurious, warm metallic hues to bring a touch of style and unique character to your kitchen or bathroom. Good design never goes out of fashion, and neither does our brassware – whatever style and finish is right for your project, the Perrin & Rowe promise means you can be certain to install a timeless product that is built to last. In this first story we’ll be looking at our range of raw brass finishes.
To create this finish, our team of expert polishers hand polish each component to a magnificent shine and a warm glow that’s only possible when using real, high quality brass. A highly adaptable finish, polished brass has seen a massive revival recently and works as well in a very traditional style kitchen as it does in a glamourous, art deco style bathroom. Polished brass is a living finish and so reacts with its environment creating a unique patina that’s completely individual to each item. This is ideal for a more distressed look, but if you prefer can also be restored to its former shine using a metal polish periodically. Polished Brass has a quality appearance, radiating a warm finish with coppery undertones.
The Aged Brass finish as implied by the name, gives the effect of brass that has already started the aging process and has a slightly distressed, rustic appearance. Our finishers meticulously treat each component with a compound that mimics the natural aging process to give a natural look distressed surface. A perfect complement to simplistic shaker style painted cabinets or an industrial style studio kitchen, this beautifully aged finish will always add character. Aged Brass is a darker finish that creates a tarnished, aged look: vintage design with an urban twist.
A soft, muted appearance makes the Satin Brass finish perfect for a slightly more subtle and refined take on the brass finish. Each component is hand polished to perfection, then ‘unfinished’ using three different polishing mops to evenly brush the surface for a luxurious matte effect.. Satin Brass makes an understated style statement, working beautifully alongside light, airy kitchen schemes as well as a patterned encaustic tile bathroom. Satin Brass has strong undertones of yellow ochre, with a matte finish.
Our Polished Brass finish has always been a firm favourite among those seeking a very traditional look, working as well in period and farmhouse style kitchens as in glamourous, art deco style bathrooms. The finish is essentially raw, high quality, low-lead brass that our expert polishers hand polish to give a perfectly even, warm coppery shine ready to be inspected, packaged and delivered. Polished Brass will gradually react with its environment over time to develop a unique, aged patina – so a few years after installation, no two taps will look exactly the same. Polished brass can be restored to its former shine, however for some this is the beauty in choosing a brass finish.
This aged or ‘vintage’ brass effect has had a major revival across all areas of interior design recently, where designers want that aged effect straight away for rustic or urban styles, or simply for a more ‘worn in’ take on the traditional kitchen.
So, our Product Development team got their gloves on and started to experiment with various methods to achieve this look without the wait. With a few trips back to the drawing board, they came up with a very precise method to mimic the natural aging process, giving us our brand new Aged Brass finish.
Aged Brass now sits alongside our full range of ‘Special Finishes’ – a set of five luxurious, warm metallic hues to bring a touch of style and unique character to your kitchen or bathroom. Perrin & Rowe Special Finishes consist of Polished Brass, Aged Brass, Satin Brass, Gold and English Bronze and are custom made to order in the UK. Whatever style and finish is right for your project, the Perrin & Rowe promise means you can be certain to install a timeless product that is built to stand the test of time.
